ABOUT JAMFEST

Jamfest is an African media and information festival directed at a diverse set of African media makers and media publics. This second annual festival will be held in hybrid in 2022 and will convene hundreds of media makers and innovators from across Africa for 21 days of showcasing new content styles and approaches, purposeful conversations and networking as well as great innovation emanating from the continent.

For 2022, Jamfest will be held in collaboration with the African Investigative Journalism Conference, the Civic Tech Innovation Network and Fak’ugesi.

Across the Jamfest Jamlab-only meetups, we will explore the power of UNPLUGGED (BUT STILL CONNECTING).
